Our newest Youth Mentorship program—a truly inspiring story of young hearts changing the world:
Recently, a remarkable group of Taiwanese students exhibited commendable initiative by conducting
independent research on international nonprofits active in youth development, ultimately reaching out to
CARES to gain insights and guidance for their Global Youth Action Plan—a national competition under the
Ministry of Education of Taiwan towards professional skills development, mentorship, and community-
impact execution designed to help disadvantaged and at-risk youth find direction and hope.

They completed their “First Fire Dance Performance” masterfully! — a moment that symbolized courage,
growth, and the belief that at-risk kids CAN stand on a stage and be seen.
