Fiscally Sponsored Projects as referred to by the IRS are specialized, sophisticated tax structures afforded exclusively to 501c3 public charities. They enable our organization to triangulate alignment of three critical strategic partners to build an ecosystem—impact capital, trusted operators, and our charitable platform—into one aligned, collaborative framework that multiplies results through scalable fiscally-sponsored projects.

Financial Allocation and Donor Transparency
The Cares Organization allocates 90% of donations directly to the designated charitable cause or for-profit entity with a charitable mission. The remaining 10% supports operational needs of our organization in support of your sponsored project and cause through global PR campaigns, media outreach, social media, website and other effective content creation to enhance visibility, transparency, showcase results, and attract future donors for your cause. When necessary, these retained funds may also cover legal or tax services to ensure compliance and effective fund management.
Promoting Positive Public Relations and Media Outreach
A key benefit for donors is leveraging The Cares Organization’s platform to promote their contributions and causes. This includes PR campaigns, media coverage, events, website and other content creation to showcase impact and inspire support. This strategy ensures funds primarily support charitable grants while enhancing visibility, transparency, and future donor engagement globally.
Statutory Compliance and Risk Management
The Cares Organization, a US-based tax-exempt nonprofit, safeguards donor investments and ensures compliance through third-party screenings like AML, PEP, and OFAC checks in accordance with its Strategy, Governance, and Operations policies and statutory compliance and laws in the US. These screenings help mitigate risk, prevent fraud, and uphold accountability by ensuring funds are raised responsibly, partnerships are ethical, and legal requirements are met.
