This is what our ‘Youth Development’ cause is all about—providing ACCESS, EXPOSURE, and OPPORTUNITY for young people.

It’s about opening doors to career pathways and work-based learning, career development, STEM/STEAM concepts, and innovation.

Our mission remains focused on closing America’s widening skills gap through motorsports-based STEM education and workforce readiness. This year, our collaborations with the National Science Foundation, the Thompson Earth Science Institute, and Scientists in Every Florida School have allowed CARES and its partner, One10Ten Foundation, to bring immersive STEM learning to every K–12 school in Florida; and proudly graduated New Jersey’s youth through the Driven to Discover P3 program, leading directly to real career placements.
